Panorama Walk – Llangollen [North Wales]
We’re still playing at home and I’m still indulging myself with hours of photo editing fun…..
Genius thought of the day: if I was a tourist [and the North Wales Tourist Board were paying me which - I must stress - they're not/yet ^_^] then what would we wanna do round here?
Well, we would probably stay here. It’s within stumbling distance of a pub with a micro brewery [= no brainer] and you can see this beauty from there. We would spend most of the day walking, maybe here [pics above relate to the Panorama Walk], grab a cuppa and enjoy the views here and if it was a super sunny day we would probably grab a seat outside on the decking here or here. Or maybe even here. We’d have a bite to eat in the wine bar [or here, if we felt like getting changed first ^_^], then we’d have a nice red in the camper looking out onto our glorious Welsh land and we’d be very very very happy campers.
Disclaimer: I can think of many many many many many other places to go’n see. So if you’d like some pointers – all ya gotta do is ask ^_^

Wish I was there – then again South Wales is beautiful too, especially when the sun is shining which it has been lately :-)
We can’t [afford to] go abroad this year so South Wales will defo be on our list of places to go’n see! We hope to be playing with some friends on the Gower and a return visit to Pembrokeshire is also on the cards [last time we went we did not have a clue about where to go so it's about time we rectified that ^_^]. What places can you recommend *down South*?
Botanic Gardens (NBGW). Llansteffan is a great place too, with beautiful beach and castle – however many people are there on a nice day, it is never crowded! Carreg Cennen is another castle well worth visiting. Llandeilo is a lovely town with Dynefor park on its doorstep. Oh dear, now I’ve started …. :-)
don’t stop there Mr. StillWalks! ^_^ But. Seriously. You’ve been super helpful. All I keep thinking about now is South Wales!!!???

The Limestone edges around Llangollen are simply stunning, only discovered them a couple of years ago, peaceful and deserted. I’ve been to the northern end near Worlds End but not to the southern bit. Need to correct that.
Get yourselves down to South Wales, it’s cracking. Agree with all the places StillWalks has mentioned. I can also add the Preseli Hills, Marloes Beach, Broad Haven South and Barafundle Bay to that list as well as the Black Mountains (my local hills). I’ve written about most of these places on my blog if you want to dig around and find them
exactly the kinda comment I’ve been waiting for ^_^ will definitely have to root around your blog some more [currently more pressing wine issues on the agenda, ha!], there’s loads to see and read on your super interesting blog so expect me to pop back regularly. Come rain or wine……[sorry. could. not. resist.]
Whenever you have the time, my blog will always beer…
See what I did there….
Looks stunning, great photos.
I think North Wales is calling your name. Loud & clear ^_^

This is a GREAT series of images, and am loving the “vanplusfour” round! I particularly like the lone tree, the sunbeam, as the following as shown w/ some B&W, and finally the Dog. Love dogs!! And, I must thank you once again for liking some of my past posts from my trip to Colorado, “Winter Aspen Grove”, “Winter Park, CO”, “Winter Playground for the Elk”, and “Two Moose”. Now, I must move on to more of your most recent info… More later!!
Thanks Laurie ^_^
